Vacancy & Matching

CXL runs a Vacancy & Matching service for young people aged 16-19 across Lancashire. There are around 500 live vacancies to chose from and young people can match their levels of qualifications to the jobs on offer.

The site is updated almost every day - young people can also sign up for text updates.

You can look through the vacancies to see if you see any matches for the young people you are currently working with.
