Leadership & Management

Via is an accredited Institute of Leadership and Management centre, and run a number of ILM courses.

The Institute of Leadership and Management offer a wide range of qualifications covering all aspects of leadership and management, along with specialist programmes in coaching and mentoring, HR and enterprise. Last year nationwide 90,000 people registered for an ILM qualification, gaining the crucial skills and knowledge to improve their performance at work. 

Via run a variety of ILM courses, including:

  • Level 2 - Team Leading
  • Level 3 - First Line Management
  • Level 3 - Workplace Coaching
  • Level 5 - Management
  • Level 7 - Strategic Management
